BRC Board of Directors

The Broad Run Crew Board Officer positions can include President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President (optional), Treasurer, Secretary, 2nd Secretary (optional), VASRA Representative (optional), and BRHS Administrator/Designee (optional). The Board shall have a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of nine (9) standing officers. No officer may hold more than one office at one time. The officers shall hold a term of one (1) year or until his or her successor is elected or assigned. Officers do not need to be affiliated in any way with any Broad Run Crew member.

The current voting Board membership (all votes counted as equal) includes the President, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Equipment, Treasurer and Secretary.  Neither the VASRA Representative nor the BRHS Administrator/Designee positions are voting positions; however, positions can be changed and votes assigned, etc. upon discussion and approval by the current Board.
