Spring Season 2022

Nine STEPS to register for Spring Crew:

Step 1.  BRC TEAM REGISTRATION - Spring 2022

Step 2. SPORTS PHYSICAL - School Year 2021-2022

Submit the VHSL Athletic Sports Physical to BRHS Athletic Department.

Physicals are due before athletes can participate in team conditioning.  Best to have yours submitted and verified by the Athletic Department by December 1st, 2022. 

Step 3. BRC Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement

LCPS requires all Spring athletes be fully vaccinated prior to participation.   Proof of Covid/vaccination card should be submitted to Michelle.larrabee@lcps.org via email or directed to the Athletic Department.

Step 4.  Join TEAMSNAP

If you have not received an email to join TeamSnap, our primary mode of communication, request an invitation by emailing brcrewmembership@gmail.com.

Download the TeamSnap App to your phone for team chat/text messaging. 

Step 5.  ACTIVITY REGISTRATION 

Register for Crew with BR Athletic Department.

Use the link below, choose: Spring Activity / Crew.

Step 6. BRC FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Download the BRC Financial Commitment at the bottom of the page. PDF can be filled-out using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, please sign and turn in to BRHS Athletic Department, Attention: Crew.  Or, email scanned the document to brcrewmembership@gmail.com

Step 7. BRC FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT

Download the BRC Fundraising Commitment at the bottom of the page. PDF can be filled-out using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, please sign and turn in to BRHS Athletic Department, Attention: Crew. Or, email the scanned document to brcrewmembership@gmail.com.

Step 8.  BRC LIABILITY WAIVER Please download the BRC Liability Waiver at the bottom of the page. PDF can be filled-out using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, please sign and turn in to BRHS Athletic Department, Attention: Crew. Or, email the scanned document to brcrewmembership@gmail.com
 

Step 9. U.S. ROWING MEMBERSHIP

Becoming a member of US Rowing enables an athlete to participate in USRowing registered regattas. Individual Basic Membership is $15 and is paid directly to USRowing. This is an annual membership which needs to be renewed each year that an athlete participates in the sport.

To register with US Rowing, click the link below. You will either: join or renew, enter your information and when it asks for your Club or Team Name, choose: Broad Run Crew Inc. USRA member #11561. The prompt will ask for your code, enter: 7QC7H choose Basic Membership ($15), with no upgrades. Finish registration and make payment . Your USRowing membership number will be assigned.
